Reo and I got bored... So... I got the files and am currently hosting a basic DarkRP server on the map rp_necro_downtown_new which I am providing a DL link for. Hope to see you guys online. More content will be slowly restore the server. Also, server upgrade! Now running on a new spare PC I had lying around:

Phenom X4 64bit 2.4Ghz Quad Core
4GB DDR2 RAM

So that'll be a slight improvement. :P
