The Crossbow was ruined.

On Nov. 1, 2013, Valve nerfed the Crusader's Crossbow. It was one of the most reliable Medic primaries, and gave him a better way to defend himself. The max damage was changed from 75 to 50, and the reload speed is the same as the Syringe Gun. R.I.P Crusader's Crossbow.
