Quite Frankly

Though there are quite frankly countless means by which to do this, in an effort to not uproot the existing hierarchical structure, the immediate logical form of moderation would defer back to an approach more akin to a democratic-republic, relying on the people and a larger democratic decision-making system to serve as a means by which to resolve these conflicts. I write this, quite frankly, out of concern for the well-being of this organization and its future as both a review steam group, as well as to place greater importance on its role as a bastion of free-speech, linguistic expression, and the appreciation of the arts.

Further than even this, when the admittedly small board cannot come to an agreement and reaches a systematic gridlock which is, quite frankly, entirely unprecedented so far as pre existing policy is concerned, it is met with an immediate veto. This stifles potential for creative expression and dialogue by board members, and only further harms the organization as a whole. This will be continued in a different comment, due to restrictions. This leads the discussion to what is, quite frankly, the most grave error made by this organization's board: lack of democratic concern. In lieu of the various outcomes which inevitably lead to a gridlock in political discussion and legislation, it is immediately apparent some form of larger check must be imposed in order to do away with these eventual stalemates, should the creative integrity of the organization be saved from utter destruction, if we are being quite frank.

Quite frankly, I find some of those in charge of this organization to be reprehensible in how they conduct themselves with regards to their conduct. There is an inconsiderate and, quite frankly, irresponsible misuse of power rife within the structures of power through which decision-making is conducted. In stark opposition to a republic of checks and balances, the power structure present here offers no freedom of expression from it's board members and, instead, seeks for full agreement; this form of decision-making is, quite frankly, sorely outdated and has since been reprimanded and terminated so far back as the conception of the social contract and the 16th century with the reign and subsequent overthrowing of the French oligarchy as the final nail in the coffin for this repulsive violation of individual sovereignty.
