Welcome

Heyo-Heyo! Welcome to my group, I'm a student working on this small project that might seem a tad bit strange at first..but here in this group, it deals with a mixture of physical and emotional health awareness. A small place that progresses forward to spread awareness of the basic important factors of our well-being on both sides.

Why?


Well, many of those reasons can come from you, me, the neighbor, friends, or that friendly citizen that you waved at from the grocery store. Be it that you want to manage order with your thoughts, gain insight on your thoughts, open to your weaknesses, taking care of your body, discovering ongoing things to be grateful for, or simply you want to chill out and connect with folks here. :)

It's simple! Journaling is the act of writing down your thoughts or feelings on a piece of writable source whether it be digitally or physically. Such as on notepad, OneNote, Microsoft Word, sticky note, or a spare notebook that's got a cute puppy as a cover!

It can be abit hard to understand at first if you're new to it, but it can help you pinpoint keys in your thoughts as you journal your way through. Thus, creating order in your mind that's full-blown going into chaos mode. Whether the outcome is and can include but not limited to being stressed out, fearful avoidance, fatigue, burstful anger, overthinking, and so much more on the list that checks out. Though, having the time to sit down and replay back in our mind about how we acted can help us think about the impact it may had on us or on our surroundings such as the people, which can be the good part. Though, that may be partially, until on the other hand is where we let that amount of emotions fog up our minds and halt our processing about that particular thought that's been bothering us. Rather than staying focused and think further to a point a solution is at reach for the trigger we recognize already.
It could start to get harder to visualize and stay on track with that one particular thought without quickly jumping to another one without answering the previous question to ourselves.

Writing things down by hand will force the brain to focus on that particular thought. Which is personally, what I recommend if you're willing to give it a shot to slow down your thoughts even more and process them alittle bit with an emptier background sort of thinking. Writing will commit or carry out the memory like if you're starting to catch insight of an idea, new perspective, a feeling, fears, inquisitive questions, and far so on.
๐„๐ฑ: It can be a few minutes before I fall asleep in bed, and as my mind wanders for a moment, I'm suddenly thinking of this interesting question I want to ask my chemistry teacher tomorrow. Like: "Dang, I think I should ask them about this from the homework tomorrow, I'll probably need to know this for the test!-" Then *Bam*, the next morning it's gone, and it can be hard to remember clearly of what that question was again you wanted to mention about. || Another, it can also be in a situation where we are sitting in class and reading through the material we are studying. Then as we study, we understand the material further as we talk about it until the next day comes and we forgot about half or more of the lesson we were just taught yesterday.

The magical trick is whatever you journal about will sink in further into your memory, Then when you look over it again and again, studying through the thoughts, we may start to feel like something needs to be changed. We might either add something or fix it, then it matches up the code, sorta like debugging yourself. :)
