Structure:

PG is an open volunteer mil-sim group, that consists of a collection of ARMA 3 mil-sim "contractors" (both clan affiliated and non-affiliated).

Ranks:

No ranking system exists in PG.

Campaign Cycle:

Although once-off missions can occur, most operations form part of a Contract Campaign, varying between 4-6 "missions" per Contract on the same terrain map.

These missions are generally 2-3 hours in length and are conducted on Saturday evenings every second weekend (sometimes on consecutive Saturdays).

Assets (vehicles/boats/aircraft):

All available assets are finite and dictated by budget availability before each campaign start.

Unless otherwise stipulated, any lost/abandoned/destroyed assets are removed from the campaign permanently.

Mod-line:

The mod-line is weighed against role-playing elements and realism (i.e budget and numbers).

Contractors are mature, self-disciplined individuals who commit to completing challenging and complex operations with both humor and grit.

Teamwork:

Contractors work together in mutual respect with both their teammates and success of the mission always at the forefront of their minds.

Skill:

Skill is valued in PG, and each contractor is encouraged to invest in their own skill development both inside and outside PG.
