A whole new kind of Half Life

Onyxville is a project focused around Role Playing Half Life 2 Servers. The problem with most RP servers, as I'm sure you know, is simply a lack of things to do. You rob, you buy weapons, you buy places, but in the end you never really achieve anything. Onyxvilles main goal is to change all that. The basic rules of RP servers (robbing, money making, house buying etc.) still remain, but with several layers of new game dynamics. Taking several elements of gameplay from MMORPGs, Competitive shooters and time proven techniques, Onyxville is a unique, competive, and faster paced take on Half Life 2 Role Play.

Hi, i'm Oh Nex! I'm relatively new to the steam community, however I have several years of experiance in both map design, and game design. Up till recently I have been a competitor on the MLG Halo Pro Circuit, so I know what makes a game competitive. After playing on a few RP servers, I realized that the idea of RP is greatly under-realized. I intend to make somthing new that surpasses anything you've seen before. ^_^
