The Race is on..

The year is 2023. World War Three ended a mere three years ago, which started over Syria, and ended with a bitter stalemate between a Russian and Chinese alliance on one side, and NATO on the other. The world struggles to recover.
Tensions have run extremely high between America and Russia as neither side completed any of their goals, accomplishing nothing more than killing off their population of young males of the world.

To make matters worse, oil has finally started to run dry. Things are becoming even more unstable as many oil wells all over the world begin to dry up, and fracking is no longer an option due to it's negative side effects.

Private Military Corporations have begun to emerge for the purpose being used to fight proxy wars and quell unrest- riots, crime and disease all take a terrible toll as they steadily increase in most nations worldwide.
Along side these Corporations comes the Middle East Consertium, a union of the nations of Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan, and the terror group Al-Qaeda.
