Many of you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about alot. So here are a few things that could help you understand a little bit better.

Importance (How Important a mission,meeting,person etc. is)
S- Anything marked with this should be handled with extreme care and caution. Taskforce1 members are usualy the ones that take care of these kinds of missions.
A- Very important mission-
B- Important Mission-
C- Average Mission-
D- Unimportant mission-

S ranked events are almost always Classified- Hence normaly carried out by TF1
A Ranked events are normaly completed by high ranked NIA members.
B ranked events are normaly completed every day by most high ranking members.
C ranked events are normaly completed every day but everyone
D rank events are normaly completed by everyone every day.

A very complicated group. They were defeated by the CA a while ago and not much else is known about them.

The Freedom Puppy Army.

The Freedom Puppy Army is a dead community that died long ago. I watched as a once powerful leader surrendered to the CA. I couldn't stand it. I completley lost all records and anything related to the owner of the FPA and havent spoken to the owner in a year.
I've descided I needed a nice little meating with him. Possibly to build the NIA with him. Maybe not. But right now It's one of my only possibilities in establishing a server.

So the Assignment to all NIA members.
I need for all members to track the owner... This however is an A Rank mission, meaning it will porbably be very difficult. Sense I have no records of the owner, I have no Idea what his current steam ID is or If he's possibly even on steam anymore.

I advise starting on the Freedom Puppy Army Steam group.
