Neon Grind will seek to be a mature, competitive and enjoyable outfit. My definition of these three features is as follows:

Maturity is dictated physically by the age limit (16, 18 for higher ranks), but is also heavily influenced by a high expectation of a member's capacity to cooperate with the basic rules of NG (please see the page pending)
Competitiveness of NG is shown as a team! It is the control and influence of the TR on Connery and our ability to achieve high goals together as individuals, as competitive squads and as an Outfit. NG will become THE outfit we can be proud of.
The aspect of having fun in the game and in the NG Community will always be the first priority. NG seeks to enhance the experience with resources and as a collective.

NeonGrind only offers it's resources to you as a player to enjoy yourself. Currently on offer, we have a teamspeak, forums, website, stream, youtube, twitter, facebook, and functioning active outfit in game with much more to come. We understand gamers and their habits are diverse, that games and players are seasonal, and that time and dedication is relative to the individual gamer. We can accomodate to every variant of player.
