@TheFlyingWombat, the short answer is you can't. That is why there are so many gaming networks around (like ours) that allow you to get partnered, we have you covered for Video Game Gameplay Copyright. The only major game that won't give you a copyright strike on YouTube is Minecraft.

Hey, i've got a quick question that i'm puzzled with.
The YouTube Partnership program: you need to successfully monetize a video to get that right? How so, can gamers get this partnership program if they're making money off of copyrighted material?
