It has been rough for me personally these past few weeks. tough decisions and life goes on no matter what your faced with.

Yet in the last few weeks ive seen a this team strive to better themselves by improving individual skill. i want you to know that improving individual skill is a great way to better yourself, but don't leave your fellow members behind. We are Radium and you share that with each member in the group. Etiher you know them as a friend or as team members. You will still be known by others as members of Radium.

So what i propose is we continue the struggle through the ranking system as a team. play as a team and provide the positive attitude that this game can shut down. you will all improve as you learn through watching teammates, Pros, highlights. Don't take a lose as a failure either by you or your team. point out the mistakes and move forward to resolve and refine your skills.
CS is a mind game that others will destroy your mentallity, don't walk amoung the clouds, play with a level head and ignore the neigh sayers.
