The original Mic Snobs server (Doublecross) turns 8 years old this Friday. The server launched on the 17th, but the idea was born the day before after the 24/7 Doublecross server that preceded us went up in flames.

In honor of MicS now being as old as that slur spewing squeaker proudly proclaiming to have had congress with your mother over voice chat, we're going to have a party. The plans is to switch MicS #1 to DoubleCROSS (vs *frost) and populated it starting around 9PM Eastern on Friday the 14th. Jason Voorhees will not be in attendance. I suggest arriving early to insure a player slot.

We might even spam a few Secret Saxtons. This small detail is only a "maybe" because Valve (bless their hearts) made a change a few years back where items like the Secret Saxton bought off the SCM are only usable after they become tradable one week later. Valve, Inc: making fun and then ruining it since 1996!

MicS staff might have forgotten to pay the heating bill on server #1. It's gotten more than a bit chilly and there's some ice forming in the basement. Watch your step!

HLStats[micsnobs.com] is now live on MicS servers. Geolocation is not enabled currently. Please let me know if you notice any point values being out of wack. Hlstats will not be enabled on the MGE server and the Balance Mod server will require some additional effort regarding it.
