Big announcement here, everyone. After recent events resulting in the forums being hacked and eventually shut down, the administrator has created a whole new forum merged in with an MMORPG-forum, as kind of a sub-forum. Despite her effort at making a decent forum for us, we are not fine with this, and we figured it is time we break free and start our own independent forum.

Luckily for us, NuclearWastE3 has been so kind and prepared for the apocalypse that he actually started this new forum long before the previous one was shut down. Creds to him for this.

The link to the new forum can be found on the right side of this steam-group. And considering Nuclear's choice for the forum's name, and considering the fact that we will still be a forum based off of the metro-franchise and not just LastLight like we were to begin with, our new group-name is now officially Metro D6!

Once again I urge everyone to change the password of all your accounts that could have been connected to the forum, like Steam, Facebook, Skype, Email etc.

Well, the home-forum is dead, the domain is just dropped completely. Harley, the administrator, is now "folding" the forum together with another one. She's moving all the sub-forums and everything over to the other forum. I'm not sure how it's gonna work out, but as far as I've understood, it's gonna be a sub-forum for http://mmorpgforums.com/ The old domain will point to the new URL at that site.

The good news about this, according to Harley, is that the "new" domain has active advertisements (aka they're making money on the forum) so they can throw more resources to our sub-forum as well. In other words, Harley might be able to supply us with some more of what we need. ...whatever that is.

Let's follow-up on this closely and see how it rolls out. It might just work out. And if it doesn't, perhaps we'll go to some slightly drastic measures and make some proper change. Stay tuned.

That's right, the forums are now hosting a Roleplay contest where the player who wins the contest will also gain the reward which is a free copy of the Metro Redux Bundle. Region-free, of course, for either PC, Xbox1 or PS4.

If you're not a good writer, and you don't have a way to post a self-made screenshot of Metro, don't worry; All, if not most, contests will be different. This isn't like the lottery. Far from it, it's quite opposite: Here you have the possibility to make one or more contests revolve around your idea (you can suggest a contest that you know you'll win in), and we are currently very few active members in the forum, and even fewer who will participate in the contests because most of us already bought the game :)
