Finally, finally, finally the network lag should be fixed. Server has moved to a new datacenter, a bigger better one. The downside is that it now has a new IP and will need to be re-added to your favorites list.

New IP is: 68.70.169.198:27015

Increasing Random KDR vote count

I'm increasing the percentage of players needed to vote for random KDR to 70%. It seems lately to be more of a detriment to the server then a pro. So, in order to not remove it altogether in the event most players on at the time actually do want to use it I'm increasing it.
