Metal Military Gaming Community

Metal Military gaming community is a former clan getting a fresh start as a general (but still private) community of gamers and friends, both in real life and across the world. We have 3 server platforms at our disposal, which we use to host our own gaming servers. Metal Military was originally founded in December of 2006 between 4 friends in Garry's Mod. Though 'Seven" no longer games sadly, 3 of us remain to manage the group and servers to this day!

Cooperative mapping project spanning at least two months involving track-able concept art, community suggestions and multi-member map development.

2: Website, Community

Full revamp of Metal Military Home Site, additions of flash-based photo databases, new locally hosted forums, and of course full support for streaming our in-game movie nights!

Where we are at:

Currently, my primary focus for the group is obtaining and setting up long-term servers for all our games, including a few new ones! Here is where we are at for game servers, and server hardware I have collected:

Gmod server:
2x 2.8ghz Athlon, 4gb RAM, 250gb SATA drive

TF2 and Counter-Strike server:
2x 2.2ghz Core2 Duo, 4gb RAM, 750gb SATA drive

Minecraft server: (This server will be run on the GMOD server, until I find RAM for it)
2.6-ish(??) ghz Pentium 4, indeterminate RAM, 40gb plus 30gb PATA drives
I just got this computer... not certain of the CPU specs yet, and it came with no RAM installed.

Terraria:
1x 2.4ghz Athlon, 1.5gb RAM, 80gb PATA drive

All of these servers should be at the listed status by the end of this Friday.
