REGRA 4: Se você for recrutado,por ex: Alguns membros do clan pedem pra você ser recrutado,para isso você deve no minimo 1 canal no Youtube
(Opcional: ter uma conta no Twitter)
REGRA 5: tenha uma skin acima de R$0,10
