The year's 2033, and times have become desperate. After the events taking place (from the game), a subway in Moscow all of a sudden had a cave-in from the outside stations. There are only 3 stations, and they are cut off from any supply or travel to other stations. One station is run by a single man, a strong dictator. Another station follows a strange, and in ways, corrupt, checks and balances similar to the democracy that took place in the U.S. The third station... nobody has ever heard from...
