Bande of Pike & Shotte: The Lucky Dogs

A military company of English mercenaries fighting for Sweden in the wars known collectively as 'The Deluge' during the mid-to-latter part of the 17th century. Lead by their noble Captain James Digby and marshalled by the scruffy Serjeant Richard Flockton, the Lucky Dogs are a veteran unit of musketeers and gentlemen of pike.

A prominent 'clan' on the Mount&Blade: Warband modification 'The Deluge', we are an active close-knit group of friends who play a multitude of different games together - whether it's aerial warfare in the Great War (Rise of Flight), exploring the lands of Middle-Earth (Lord of the Rings Online) or fighting for Stalingrad (Red Orchestra 2) we play quite a variety together.

We also maintain a 'sister' clan for the Warband modification 'Vikingr' where we play as the Hæringar, the 'grey-cloaked', a ships crew of Norse warriors.

This Sunday at 8/9pm (depending whether you're in the UK or mainland Europe) a Vikingr event is being held by the Bear Force II guys. We're looking to show up under our Vikingr identity of the Haeringar, alongside whoever else wants to pop along and join our shieldwall. We're coasting for numbers at the moment, so if you're interested drop myself, Jim or Porky a line on here or on TW.

War of Rights - US Civil War game.

Hello all,

For those of you who don't know, several of us have moved onto the Technical Alpha of the upcoming War of Rights, an American Civil War game based on the Maryland Campaign of 1862. As of the moment what we can do in the game is limited at this stage of testing, but the game is extremely promising.

This is, potentially, our new M&B, or at least our new Deluge. So for those of you who enjoyed playing as the Lucky Dogs, you'll get the same sort of experience (the good bits) in War of Rights. Keep your eyes peeled on updates from myself & Jim, or keep an eye on our thread over on the War of Rights forum, where we've cornered A Company of the 19th Virginia Infantry.
