October 13th has arrived... and on this day, valve said "let there be hot dog hat"

In all seriousness our lovely hot dog hat has officially turned 13!

Thanks NeoDement for creating such a delicious hat once again.

Small Group Update :
Group and discussions are still being worked on, the craft# hotdogger list is nearly complete and I've tried inviting most everyone I can to the steam group.

Hopefully we can have more members for next years celebration and screenshot.
