Welcome to Let Them Burn, a Rust community. Our server information is now private. If you need to find us, please add an admin to obtain the IP.

Server Rules:
1. Respect admin decisions.
2. No Hacking or glitching. Crouch run, door holding and pillarcading are allowed. Living in rocks, wall glitching, crack glitching and sleeping bagging into other player's bases will result in a ban.
3. No camping players at their bases for extended periods without raiding.
4. No locking players inside their bases. If you place a door on another player's base, they must have another exit. If you intend to steal the base, you must ensure you have removed all of their doors and ALL sleeping bags. If you place a door while raiding but do not intend to steal the base, please leave the door open or unlocked at the completion of the raid.
5. No buildings over 15 stories high.
6. No building in rad towns, where loot boxes spawn, or where foundations touch the water.
7. No homophobic or racial slurs in chat or voice chat.
8. No impersonating other players or admins.
9. No special characters in names.
10. Steam profiles must be set up to play in this server.
11. No colored names or chat. They detract from admin efficiencies when we monitor chat, and well, we're just not into that sort of thing.
12. No quotation marks in names.
13. We monitor and investigate ALL players on the server. As such, we may at times, find it necessary to teleport to you, view player profiles, or drop test players. We may ask you to open and close your base doors. Compliance with all of these requests is appreciated. If you don't like active admins who keep the server safe from hackers and glitchers, we suggest you find another server on which to play.

Here's what I got as a response to my support ticket regarding the DDoS attacks, their failed protections, and their basic inability to solve any of the issues we've had on the server recently.

Hello,

Unfortunately, your server has been the target of a severe DDoS attack. Due to the nature of this attack, we have been unable to filter it, and in order to protect the stability of our network, we have had to temporarily suspend this subscription.

Should your server continue to be targeted with such attacks, we may be forced to stop providing this service to you.

We apologize for having to take this measure, but the attack is affecting other customers on our network.

As of now, I am reviewing hosting companies to try to find one who is actually interested in combatting these attacks and providing quality service. I have an email out to Multiplay and am waiting to see if they actually answer questions and how timely their support is.

Any players who have any experience with any Rust server hosts, I would love to hear from you with suggestions or horror stories as we look for a new hosting company.

FYI, I was able to retrieve all server files from GameServers, so we should hopefully beable to save all data.

Forced to wipe server due to file errors.

As many of you know, the server has been under DDoS attack every evening since we wiped on Friday. File corruption has forced up to wipe the server. I know this is frustrating for many of you. Please be assured that every effort was made to save the current environment. It simply was not possible. We hope you'll continue to join us here on LTB as we rebuild.
