I am looking to make a team that can be both fun to be a part of, as well as, incredibly competitive. I don't have any plans to move to anything except matchmaking, but if everything goes well we can definitely do that. As of right now, I plan on being the IGL, but if someone else shows that they can be effective, then the role is all theirs.
