First off: I'm proud of what’s become of my opportunities, as a GM in the first Late Night Ballers draft of all time. I've got a lot of confidence that this team has the best chance at becoming the first LNB champions of all time. I'll need to give a lot of credit to my first couple of picks, as these guys were very instrumental in helping me fill-out the remaining roster spots.

This Group Page is going to be a very important resource for communication throughout the season, because this is the place where I’ll be posting all of the details that are specific to our squad.

Human Resources / Playing Time

Let me take this as an opportunity to express my vision for everyone's "minutes / playing time":
I'm gonna roll with an "open door" policy throughout the season for handling everyone's concerns and/or ideas related to the team.

I want to scrap the "6th & 7th" man philososphy that's outlined in the season rules.

My plan is to rotate the lineups with all 7 players evenly (as much as possible), so that everyone plays an equal amount of games, With that being said: The players that are online and "ready to ball" the most frequently will likely end up playing more games than players that have more of a limited availability.

Let's start the season off on a "first come, first serve" basis. I'll keep track of who's playing and whoe's not, and try to keep everyones playing time equal.

Even though I'll be trying my hardest to be conciderate to everyone, sometimes ♥♥♥♥ happends and I don't want anyone to feel left out, so PLEASE feel free to let me know if you're feeling like you deserve some more playing time, or if you have ANY other concerns.

This season will be awesome, but remember that there will undoubtebly be things we need to learn from as a group through experience.

Okay, if we can get 5 of us together tonight, we're going to try to have the first game of the season against Maestro's team. First five players that arrive will play!!!!

The latest information I've heard is that the regular season will begin tomorrow night. I'll be attempting to schedule a game with another GM this evening. Please check this group page for details. I'm guessing that I'll have the details for game one posted on this page by 5AM tomorrow (Monaday).
