This announcement is to inform you that there will be a member migration from this group to another group called L4D2 Community Safe Room.

Changing group name is essential to its rebranding, but there is no way to change a Steam group name once it has been chosen. As such, I could not change the name of L4D2 Casual Versus. The only option left was to create a new group with the preferred name.

Keeping L4D2 Casual Versus as the group's name is problematic, since we are looking to enlarge our focus to include other gamemodes and competitive gameplay as well. Keeping the name would be very misleading.

Every current member of L4D2 Casual Versus will receive an invitation to join the new group.

There is no reason to remain in L4D2 Casual Versus, as it will essentially be abandoned. All further group activities will be continued on L4D2 Community Safe Room, which is basically the SAME group.
