1. Exclusive steam group servers providing map vote plugin

Servers:

HowTo vote for custom maps

Just connect to one of the "Map Vote" servers and type !chmap into the chat

2. Public steam group servers accessible by lobby and serverbrowser

Servers:

[L4CML] Public #2
[L4CML] Public #3

3. Hidden servers accessible by lobby and serverbrowser providing map vote plugin

Public can only join if someone connected to the server!
To connect to one of the servers, open a lobby and type following into the console:
sv_search_key L4CML

After executing "sv_search_key L4CML" into the console you can not connect to other servers by lobby system anymore! To reset the search key to allow connection to all servers type following into the console:
sv_search_key ""

6. Options to install custom maps

1. Subscribe in Steam-Workshop
2. Download the map(s) from www.gamemaps.com and execute the downloaded .vpk
3. [Recommanded] Download the map(s) from www.gamemaps.com and copy all downloaded .vpk files into <your steam folder>\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\

3x hidden servers added because of sv_steamgroup_exclusive is buged (Public can connect to exclusive steam group servers even if none of group members connected)
