- Experience (Must have experience in scrims/lans/tournaments with previous teams.)
- Attitude (As a player, you be able to stay calm within the game as well as staying calm whilst taking/giving constructive criticism etc.)
- Gameplay (You must be a player that has the required gamesense, aim and the basic knowledge of flashes etc.)
- Motivation (Must be very motivated to push forward with the team) Open to a variety of teamplay, strategies, etc.

- Rank: Silver IV -Global - Very motivated/Skilled/Good with any gun.
