Once you complete a mission in 'Mann Up Mode' you will be rewarded a special item for completing it. I believe this will be any of the new robot hats, which I will include a picture here -

Now once you complete all of the Tour of Duty Missions you will get a 'rare' item, which I believe will be any of the new Gold Bot Killer Weapons. These weapons are the Scattergun, Sniper Rifle, Knife, Medigun, Minigun, Wrench, Rocket Launcher, StickyBomb Launcher, and the Flamethrower. Here is a picture of the Wrench -

These weapons also come in a silver quality, which I believe will be the normal drops for completing one 'Mann Up Mode' as well.
