Hey all,

The third group just packed up their bags and ended their session. This group unlike the other two decided scouting was a fools tool and ran head first into the unknown, not surprisingly they got ambushed by creatures in the trees. The battle took but a moment as the valiant hero's destroyed their opponents, with only one person being knocked out and almost everyone else having limbs hanging off and no spells remaining.

Unfazed by the lack of blood in their bodies and no remaining heals they decide to spend an hour resting just to patch the necessary wounds and to then continue deeper into the woods to track the creatures back to their lair.

While the dwarf napped the group spotted a small lizard like craturete sneaking up to the dwarf gripping a dagger, after a quick chat they realised this was a friendly creature who was after the same group as our adventures so they teamed up, suspicious but accepted KRAAAAAAAZY Karl became part of the group.

The group reached the lair of the beast and after quickly slaughtering the guards keeping watch they chased after the last guard who was running for backup, Karl lead the charge, fearless, brave and without equal this hero amongst men threw his net aiming to pin the running creature and secure safe passage into the cave. Sadly things never turn out as planned Karl was entangled in his own net stabbed several times by the enemy then dragged outside and dropped in a bush to "Sleep it off".

Jumping ahead the group slowly kept their way through the cave struggling at first until one of the halfling twins discovered with his duel swords that when he aimed for the shins he became an unstoppable killing machine. But what brought the group together at the end and ensured their victory was when the creatures kidnapped Karl (That the group had used as bait to ensure they could get a good night's sleep) when storming the bosses lair Karl awoke and aided in the slaughter of the big bad and the victory for the hero's, shortly after one of the group members made a swift escape, while the others looted the cave for mere copper she sold their wagon full of provisions for a tasty retirement fund.
