Victoria II Mod: Kaiserreich

Alternate history of Germany winning WW1 including many new general gameplay improvements such as:

- New land units
- New naval units
- New casus bellis
- New general events and decisions
- Many unique events and decisions
- Nuclear weapons (Eventually....)
- New factories
- Changes to infamy
- New cheats

... and more to be added as the mod develops.
