RULE ONE: All cats are equally treated, both with respect, and strictness.
RULE TWO: Cats shall not kill other cats, even if T. The only time this rule can be broken is at the end of the round when only cats remain. Then, we may let the course of Nature take its path.
RULE THREE: Cats always let fellow traitor cats win.

If any of these rules are broken, you'll take a strike. Multiple strikes can lead to exilation, and eventually a ban.
