I temporarily changed group permissions in order to kick a member who was spamming the group. If you recieved spam from them, please report them to valve to help prevent future incidents, thank you.

I apologize for our servers being down, but our connection at the new location is not sufficient to sustain KF servers. The official Kill Crew servers will be down indefinitaly, however I encourage you to continue using the group to find teammates and to play on other servers. I believe Mark still has a couple of his NBS servers up which operate similarly to our own.

new date for the server move is Aug 14-15, will keep you posted if further things develop.

The server move is just around the corner, and we have a date set for it: Saturday July 7th. There will be an extended downtime beginning early Saturday morning or late Friday night, and lasting through the weekend. With any luck we will be up at a new IP by Sunday.

HOWEVER, there is a catch: we don't have as big or as fast a pipe at the new location, at least not now. I will likely need to shut down 2 of the 4 servers if this turns out to cause lag problems, to lighten the load. If we can get the line upgraded, this may be only a temporary thing, but I don't have the spare funds to foot that bill myself. If any of our members are willing to pledge support (and by that I mean dollars, on an ongoing monthly basis) let me know, and we may be able to work something out.

Otherwise, I'll be putting which servers to keep to a vote. As i5t stands the most popular servers are beginner and normal, but I think most of our actual members and regulars would prefer we keep a hard/suicidal server instead of beginner. Let me know what you guys want, and I can try and make it happen.

I apologize for the lack of updates and working mutators lately, but I've been very busy. Hopefully after the dust has settled from the move, I can get everythign up to speed.

Why did nobody TELL me that the latest KF update broke perks on all of my servers?!?

In any case, I am now aware of the problem and working toward a solution. In the meantime, I have disabled all mutators on the Normal server, so perks should work on that one at least until I get the issues ironed out.

Servers have been updated to latest KFDS version following critical update from tripwire. If you have trouble connecting, please exit, update, then restart your Killing Floor game client.
