For the select users of Ve's Phoenix Server

Das PSL or The Phoenix Server Locals is a group dedicated to bring back the good ol' days of the Mario Kart StarHub server. In this case, only the known regular players of the previous server shall be admitted to the group- regardless if the user is Free-to-play or Pay-to-play.

Group Details:
1. Members are obliged to speak English
2. This group accepts the users who regularly used the late Mario Kart StarHub server and the present server-- Ve' s Mario Kart Phoenix Server.
3. Members chosen for this group must cooperate with the demands of the soon-to-be server.
4. All members must treat one another with utmost respect.
5. Once the server is up and running in the future, all members of this group may enjoy and use the new private server. (and hopefully it will come with its own password to prevent outsiders)
