In his WWE career, Cena has been a 3 times WWE Champion, a 3 times United States Champion and a 2 times World Tag Team Champion. He has also won the 2008 Royal Rumble. Cena has fought for Ultimate Pro Wrestling and Ohio Valley Wrestling, holding the top titles of both promotions.

Outside of wrestling, Cena has released the rap album You Can not See Me, which debuted at # 15 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and the main role in the movie The Marine. He has also made appearances on TV shows including including Manhunt, Deal or No Deal, MADtv, and Punk'd. Most recently, Cena was a participant on fast cars and superstars: The Gillette Young Guns Celebrity Race, where he made it to the final round before being eliminated, placing third in the overall competition.
