Guild Wars 2: Jade Legion Alliance (Jade Quarry Server)

Jade Legion was created to facilitate communication and cooperation among independent guilds in World vs. World. Through mutual trust, understanding and respect, we shall achieve victory and recognition for our server.

As an alliance, Jade Legion adheres to the principles of self autonomy, cooperation, equality and solidarity. The guilds that make up the alliance are independent and self autonomous, and we trust each guild to act of its own free will. Trust and participation will not be forced; to do so would damage the cooperative spirit of voluntary and open membership. Each guild shall strive to lend aid to fellow alliance members whenever possible, but on a strictly voluntary basis.

The overall success of the alliance will rely on these principles of equal and voluntary membership. This means that no one guild will stand above any other, and all alliance entities will remain self-governing and independent. Each guild within the alliance will be able to cast one vote during alliance polls and no single guild will have more voting power than any other. All alliance decisions that affect the alliance as a whole, shall be discussed among all alliance leaders and taken to a vote if necessary.

If any guild disagrees with the principles of this charter, they have the right to withdraw at any time. If a guild is in disagreement with another guild in the alliance, their guild leader will bring it to the attention of all other alliance leaders. The disagreement will be discussed and resolved. If the conflict cannot be resolved, it will be decided whether or not the guild(s) in question are adhering to the principles of this charter. In order to remove a guild, a majority vote is needed.
