I've posted about this on the FB group, but figured I'd share here too. Planetside 1's server is gonna be shut on the 1st of July, can't really rely on Daybreak to do one last event or party or whatever so members of the community who are still playing are arranging something...

Play with us one last time!
We had an event planned for mid July, but it will have to happen sooner! We will send off PlanetSide 1 with some great battles on the weekend of June 24-26th. Additionally, we will play until the server shuts down at 4pm PST on Friday, July 1st.

Unfortunately that's like, midnight for brits, but eh, what can you do. You'll probably see me dipping in an out of it over the coming days as I've added PS1 as a non-steam-game, too.

Alot of data was lost, It has rolled us back afew months but i hope the members that have lost there registration could take a couple of minutes out of there time to re-register.
