Official group of Hurtopia Hurtworld server

Hurtopia is a Semi-Vanilla Hurtworld server with the aim to provide a competitive, balanced and overall fun for all experience. With a minimal number of mods and the inclusion of ones that will only positively modify gameplay in our eyes have been added. A list of our server features can be seen below.

Server Features
Meteorite Mod
- We have added the highly popular meteorite mod and have configured a unique timer system as well as obtainable drops and drop chances. From 5:00pm to 12:00am Central time meteors will drop every 30 minutes, and from 12:01am to 4:49pm Central time meteors will drop every two hours.

Drills Reworked
- All drills will extract red, green, and blue in all biomes. Too not disrupt the inclusion of tiered drills we have made it so that each tier will extract at a faster rate. I.e. Red drills will be 1x, green drills 2x, and blue drills 3x

Animal Drop Changes
- Some animals have had their drop tables changed to provide better survival gameplay. Radiation boars will now drop raw steaks as well as animal fat. Tokars drop raw steak, and yetis and sasquatches have had their amount of animal fat dropped up to be higher than regular boars. (From 8 to 20)

Custom Map
- The custom map that is used is a modified version of diemansland. It has OP places such as the donut and a few cave bases walled up. The desert ship has also been turned into a proper rad town, with shipping containers placed throughout the ship wreck with loot box spawns. We have also removed a few rocks that used to be nearly unraideable to provide late joiners with the ability to be on equal footing with older, more progressed players.

HW Clans Friendly Fire (coming soon)
- We have custom coded a add-on for the HW clans mod. This will allow the ability to turn friendly fire withing clans on and off. This will allow the dreaded team killing and reduce a small amount of rage in hurtworld.

Mature staff
- With a team of mature staff we can ensure that all problems will be dealt with efficiently and fairly.

Events
- With weekly events we can ensure that there will always be things to look forward too and fun events for all.

Unique items
- Mining bow: Allows you the use to mine iron, red, green, and blue with a bow shot. With a rare rate of 3% with a meteor this will surely be a rare item that all will seek to obtain.
- Mustache: Spawning in loot crates with a chance of 2% this wearable item will lower infamy gained from kills by 10% and will be a favorite of player killers.

No Form of Pay2Win
- Hurtopia does not look for donations and is 100% owner funded.

Hurtopia Server Updates 1.1

All resource nodes will drop items at a X2 rate.

Radtown common loot crates drop Gearboxes, Tires, and Standard/Weak engines at a X2 rate. All other vehicle parts remain at a vanilla rate.

- Meteor System

Meteors fall every thirty minutes between 5pm and 12:00pm EST. Between 12:01am to 4:59pm there will be a meteor every 2 hours.
Meteor loot table include items such as Ores, Amber, Stone, Ammunition, Dynamite, Animal Fat, and Mining Bow.
Meteors feature a fifteen minute warning indicating when and where they will drop. Cooldown of the meteor will last one minute.
To make meteor hunting a bit easier for new players, a map with meteor drop sites marked will be posted here in the near future.

- Map Changes

Added assests to Ship Wreck, as well as common loot crates to make the Desert biome more appealing and worthwhile.
Some caves have been removed. These place can be too easily defended and cause conflict. This is done to provide fair gameplay between all players.
Some rocks have been removed to prevent rock top bases that can be impossible to raid under the right circumstances.

- Drill Loot Rework

All drills now produce red, green, and blue ores.
Red drills will produce materials at a X1 rate, green drills a X2 rate, and blue drills a X3 rate.

- Animal Drops

Radiated Bors will now drop Raw Steak and Animal Fat.
Sasquatches and Yetis will now drop larger amounts of Animal Fat.

Depending on the response of the players and the experience of the players with these new gameplay changes this plugin may be implemented. Please voice your opinion after testing it out for yourself, we want to hear what you think of it. -Oreo

- "Sleepers" Plugin
- The sleepers plugin keeps all players rendered on the map, even while offline. While you can be killed you will only lose inventory items and infamy will not make you drop items you are wearing/tools in your hotbar. Only reasources you were holding or things in your backpack will be dropped. The reason for implementing this is to make raiding more worthwhile and prevent "base logging". I.e. clans logging out with all their stuff to keep it and render raids useless.
