When you're in the main menu of L4D2, open your console and paste the following:
mm_dedicated_force_servers 193.93.45.111:27050.
You can now start a lobby in any game type you want, it will connect to our server (when not full).

You can also join a game already in progress by browsing the "Join Steam Group Server" option in any game type.
