Excellent Halo vs. Call of Duty Video Goes in Some Unexpected Directions

Watch this excellent new video.

What sounds like the setup for a frivolous argument--Halo versus Call of Duty--is actually the name of an excellent, over-the-top video that is full of twists and surprises.

The video below (which is not safe for work) is the creation of self-proclaimed "wannabe filmmakers" Danny and Michael Philippou. The two teamed up to direct and edit the short film, which has surprisingly excellent production values for something that could have easily looked bad.

I won't spoil any of the surprises for you, but suffice it to say things get crazy; what has the makings of a debate turns into something much different when the Master Chief drops through the ceiling.

There may not be a reason for PC gamers to purchase an Xbox One to play Halo 5

With the upcoming launch of Windows 10, Microsoft is expected to make it much easier for Xbox One owners to stream their games across a variety of devices. While this is certainly good news for Xbox One owners, it doesn’t really affect PC gamers who only play on computers. That is, unless Microsoft releases Xbox-exclusive games onto the platform, which is precisely what a new rumor is suggesting will happen in the future.
According to several industry sources, games currently listed as Xbox exclusive will eventually launch on PC as a standalone game. “Microsoft are going to be focusing a lot more on the PC gaming side than previously, and they’re also going to be bringing a lot of Xbox platform exclusives to Windows as well,” says one senior PC gaming industry executive. “So this includes some of the biggest franchises in the Microsoft stable like Fable,

Forza Motorsport and Halo. They're all forecasted to start coming out on PC in the future."
Forza Motorsport 6, Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Fable Legends are all expected to be released this fall exclusively on Xbox, with the latter being the only exception as it’s confirmed for the PC. If this rumor turns out to be true, having these Xbox-exclusive titles on PC would make a serious case for gamers to upgrade to Windows 10, as we assume that’d be one of the major stipulations Microsoft would make for their release. We'd also be curious to see if Microsoft decides to launch previously-exclusive Xbox games, like the Gears of War series, onto PC as well.

Be sure to check out Halo 5: Forge on the Windows 10 app store. It's free. And check out the various discords servers so that you can always find a game. Check out this link that will help you get started.

I mean the Xbox one's graphics and frame rate is what I meant by "very high end hardware," Sorry if it wasn't clear before.

Sorry, but if Microsoft does move the game itself to a computer version it would be great, but the system needed to play it would have to be very high hardware.

I noticed this group, and joined because it was halo related, and I think if it was on pc would be great... (This is my logic please don't judge it) But, halo is mostly on Xbox because people would need to buy the console before they play the game unless they already have it, and a lot of people have computers and Microsoft wants to get more money, and the fact that Microsoft bought Minecraft (Possibly Mojang itself) because Minecraft is (or was) a rapidly growing game in the number of players, purchaced to make more money.
