Clan ranks

King
Queen
KingsHand
LordCommander
Baron (Must have 5 or more people under their command)
Lord (Must have 2 or more people under their command)
KingsGuard (Personal guard for the king, must be highly skilled in melee)
Realm Knight (May have a squire)
Errant Knight
Stormsworn (Must be excellent in melee)
Squire

Infantry ranks:
Captain (Good leadership abilities, able to lead infantry platoons)
Retainer (Must be good in melee with a shield and/or a two handed)
Sergeant (High tier infantry rank)
Axeman (Door breakers in wars and must always have a 2 hand axe on him)
Pikeman (Must Have a Pike at all times, counter cavalry units)
Swordsmen (Must be a Moderately good with a 1 Handed Sword and Shield)
Footman (Low tier infantry rank)
Levy (All Recruits must begin here or told otherwise)

Archer/crossbow ranks:
Sharpshooter (Must be extremely good in shooting a crossbow )
Marksman (Must be Extremely Good with a Bow)
Veteran Crossbowman (Must be Decent with a Crossbow)
Ranger (Must be high skilled in shooting something)
Longbowman (Must be decent in archery)
Archer and Crossbowman (Recruits of the ranged class, must prove themselves to rank up)

Cavalry ranks:
Man at arms (MAA for short, must be skilled in cavalry fighting)
Lancer (Must be skilled in fighting with a lance)
Hobilers (Must be good with Light Cavalry)
Armati (Lower than a Knight and Esquire about the Same as an Hobilers)

Artisan ranks:
Surgeon (Doctor)
Blacksmith (master smiths, etc)
Mercenary (temporary ranks for people who try out house storm)
Bannerman (Banner guard)
