This group is created to promote the great game; HL2DM. This game has lost hundreds of players and is still loosing them, as a steam community we can bring this games community back to life.

==What is HL2DM?==

HL2DM also know as Half-Life 2: Deathmatch is a multiplayer shootout game, created from the basic game of Half-Life 2 game.

==Why HL2DM?==

HL2DM has a lot content that many multiplayer shoot'em up games don't; HL2DM has Gravity Guns meaning your can pick something up such as a chair and throw it at your enemy to kill them, I personaly have never seen such a amazing and outstanding concept within a game.

==What Mods Are They?==

==How Many Servers ATM?==

At the momment they are around 600+ servers but over half of those servers are empty, promoteing this game will allow those servers to have players active on them.

==If Players Join HL2DM, How Will It Grow?==

HL2DM I would say is 100% a game you would go back to if you either got bored ect, but by promoteing it and having more active players playing this game, it will inspire other people to create more servers and try new things.

==What Mods Best For Me?==

Puzzle - Go though a challenge of maps and complete around 1 - 20 challenges with your buddys.

Roleply - Roleplay has to be the best mod out there for this game, its content and overall idea is a great adishion to the game, in this mod you basicly have to get a job, earn money and buy property! And the best part about it is that everything saves, from your furniture to your money.

Coop - Move forward in a combat based gamemode with your buddys, fighting off all the known enemys in the game.

Normal - Either go with Team Deathmatch or just basic Deathmatch, work as a team or free for all, either way this gamemode is great fun to play with your friends!

Fishing - Chillax and do some fishing, fish up random items and collect what you can!

==What Server To Join?==

Personaly I would 100% join a server called "Yo Mama's RP Server" it's the best Roleplay out there and thats not a matter of opinion, the community its self is a rare; the people are friendly and welcomeing and if you are a true roleplayer, this server is GREAT! As they a modded version of the oringal Roleplay Mod with allows your to do the infact job that is given to you (E.G. Medics go around healing) and econemy is booming still at this point, and as far as the person that owns the server goes, he is one of the most generous, kindest person I have ever know in this game, he made me feel welcome and mattered and I feel he treats he players like his family, Also the effort put into the server is outstanding and to prove this Yo Mama took it opon himself to create a great map for his current and future players, this map took him a amazing 1 year to make, the attention to detail is also great.
