ABOUT Spaceland HQ

Welcome to Spaceland HQ! Enjoy the lack of oxygen!

Spaceland HQ is a fun Steam group with a "nationwide" playerbase. Our players come from all over just to have a good time.

We keep a loose set of rules here while still maintaining a safe environment. If you are going to join, try to have a positive attitude and think about what you are saying before you say it.

We have a Discord based on invite only, but just ask an Officer or the Owner and we can provide you with a way in.

Our Twitch is (www.twitch.tv /spaceland hq_ official) without spaces. There we host big events such as longplays and latenights, along with hosting regular, everyday streams. Feel free to tune in and keep us company!

We'll have a Twitter up soon to keep you up to date on events such as giveaways, streaming events, curating round tables, or even small things like our Minecraft servers being up.

Changing of roles; Revivial of the Steam side of things.

I will be updating roles according to the Discord.

A lot is going on in the Discord, and now that we've recovered the email for Outlook, the Twitter, and the Twitch, we'll be reviving the Steam group and getting back into streaming regularly and working with the community.

Feel free to message me or any of the other administrators if you're interested in streaming or getting into some games with us. We're looking for streamers to keep the rotation up on the Twitch, and people to keep us company on Overwatch, Grand Theft Auto V, DiRT 3, and a plethora of other games we're playing right now.

Also, DiRT 3 Complete Edition is free for the next few hours on the Humble store is you have, or make an account.

Hey there, Spaceland HQ. I have some "news" to talk about regarding the group and the Twitch, so please read through this. I'll try to be shorter than the discussion.

1. PLEASE READ THE DISCUSSION ABOUT THE PLAYTHROUGH - I'd like to do that, but if there isn't enough backing or it nobody would really like to take part or anything then I don't see a point in us doing it. If there is a lot of backing, though, I would love to do a Fallout: New Vegas playthrough or longplay or whatever else we have in mind.

2. TWITCH - We're still organizing the Twitch for a steady output of streams, highlights, broadcasts, etc. If you would like to help, please let an admin or moderator know and we will definitely try to figure this out where you can take part or cohost or help us get some ideas flowing.

3. MINOR ANNOUNCEMENT - You guys are hearing it before anyone on Twitter or Twitch, but shamlesshornet and I (Cr1TiKaLWannabe) are going to be at my house next weekend on either the 13th or the 14th to do a new build. We're planning to stream it on Twitch and make it a big event. It'll be a live feed of the build process and booting of the PC. We'll have more details on that later, so please check back for more on that. I am really excited to do this build stream!

We have a lot of things planned for the Twitch and some of our own servers for gaming!
