THE NEW UNION OF GIBUS HAT FANATICS

This union aims towards to unification of those who wear any form of the Gibus hat, whether it be Ghastly, Ghostly, etc. Heil Gibus.

----Requirements----

1. Members MUST wear a Gibus hat. The type of Gibus does not matter.

----RULES----

1. The type of Gibus does not matter, however, those with a painted Gibus hat are of higher status than those without.

2. You MUST wear a Gibus at all times of group-orientated gameplay.
