Upcoming Mumble Service change

Hypernia have finally pulled their fingers out and brought mumble into their voice server network. As a result of this I am going to be making a switchover in the next week or so from our current host to a mumble server on Hypernia.

Don't fret, i'll let you all know the new server details when it happens.
