We are a new clan in CS:GO

Hey guys!
Lately we have been playing a lot of matches without a full team. That means randoms, and randoms are bad. It does'nt really matter if we win or not, and even though its good practise, we need to focus on playing as a full team!
If we want Frosty Vikings to become something bigger (and i hope thats what everyone wants), we need to put more focus into the game! Now, i know a lot of us, including myself, have a lot on their schedule, and its not easy to play as often as in the vacations! But that should'nt be a problem if we just set up our practise schedule in a better way! So this is my suggestion: We all get together, and figure out who can/ cant play on certain days, and we set up the schedule thereafter. When that is said and done, it is important for us to actually meet up and play with the team, and not skip practising! Remember that doing that would not only affect you, but the whole team! It is understandable that something may happen so that you cant play, and then we just have to figure out how to counter that, maybe with some backup players, or other ways than matchmaking for practise! ( It is important to let someone in the team know if you cant play!!!)

Sorry for the long post, and this is not pointed to anyone in particular! :) My only wish is for Frosty Vikings to become what they have the potential to be! Hopefully everyone can meet up tomorrow, 28.08.13, so we can discuss this further!
