Voting System:
+ Maps will actually rotate
+ Added map extensions. Adds 20 minutes or 4 rounds. Only once per map. (Except clocktown)

Map settings:
+ Reduced map time from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. (Except clocktown)
+ Autobalance is more responsive on objective maps
+ Stalemate mode added to objective maps
