I give announcements for free games that i find on trusted sites (such as Humble Bundle or GOG). And I also alert you if there are any sales going on.
I recommend checking your steam friends activity often, by hovering over your name next to the community tab and clicking activity, to check if you missed an announcement while you were AFK.
Make sure you invite your friends!

I've decided I'm going to stop posting announcements. As I stated in the group description, "I made this group because I was bored, so when I inevitably stop continuing posting announcements it means I lost interest." That day has come. Instead I will be posting announcements in my discord server[discord.gg]. If you don't have discord, Free Games Finders is another great alternative steam group.
