Seriously though, it's all about your attitude: Encouragement vs Criticism, Laughter vs Screaming, Courtesy vs Rage, Vocabulary vs Offensive Terms.
These are high expectations, but not unreasonable ones. Just don't act like an asshat, no matter how angry you are, and you are in!
