Hours in game -  As a team member you are expected to play at least 7 games a week (1 a day). Also you are expected to go up 10 hours a week (Mon - Sun)

If these requirements are not met you may end up dropping from the 1st team down to the reserves team. this means you miss out any competitive games we play that week and will have to work hard to get back onto the 1st team. Example ; 103 - 115

Wins/Losses - Each week you are expected to play at least 7 games a week as well as winning at least 5 of those games (MINIMUM). If you play 7 games and only manage to
Win 2 out of the 7 then you will join the reserves team and be replaced by someone with higher wins and practice from that week. You must work hard to get
back onto the 1st team. Example ; 15/6

Training Hours -  Every day you are expected to watch at least 1 hour of a Professional game or watch a high ranked player on Youtube/Twitch. Dont focus on the content but
more on the game itself and how they play certain situations, (Where do they stand, Where to throw flashbangs e.g). Training can also be with other team
members, this can boost your moral and your communication between players. Doing 1v1s with other team members can also help as you both can see
how each other play. Example ; 8hrs Watching, 3hrs of team practise.
