Be third or above in a good game (the ones you feel good in)
Be at least fourth on a bad game (the ones you feel bad in)
Have an acceptable microphone.
Know the maps and their callouts.
Be active.
Speak English well.
Know your role.
Respect other members.
Aim to get better.
Don't go over the top (in rage)
