Starting 5 Selection

Process through which Starting 5 are determined

This is done through a point system, which I have been doing since start of pre-cup.

Each person starts off with a base score of (0), which is then modified with a (+1) or (-1) as listed below.

So the people with the highest points will be chosen for s5, whereass any members with a noticable low score will be cut from team.

Addition (+1)

Attending Practice
Playing Matches or Pickups regularly (being very active)
Any game played with nexus1g or faint, in which you carry or play very well
Making effort to play with members and built positive relationships

Deduction (-1)
Not attending Practice
Being inactive
Choosing to play other games, rather than CSGO with team
Playing exceptionally bad during Matches or Pickups
Not listening or following calls

We are playing in a League guys, and would like to and are able to make prem division, thus if you cant put the time and effort in which is needed to make you an asset to the team, then you are just a liability and need to leave.
