ABOUT FYCeSports

Professional Gaming Organization

FYC was founded in 2002 by Roberto 'Banguout' Rivera. FYC first evolved around Unreal Championships for Xbox. Starting out as a regular team competing in normal leagues, FYC decided to break into serious competition. After Season One of Team Compete came to a close, FYC saw itself sitting high on top of the competition, winning the CTF Instagib Championship. This was the beginning of the birth of a powerhouse eSport organization.

After time had passed on Unreal Championships, FYC took into a new heat of competition in Rainbow Six: Black Arrow in 2004. After holding a Top 3 rank through three seasons, Team Compete saw the last of it's glory as new competition sites erupted. As the new competition brewed, FYC also took on new challenges by moving on to Chromehounds in 2006. After breezing through the regular seasons, FYC dominated the Light Arms tournament, claiming the Championship with ease and moved into the Heavy Arms Tournament. FYC would not let Chromehounds go out easily, claiming 2nd in the Heavy Arms Tournament.

As new technology emerged, FYC saw more opportunity in multiple games. With the uprise of Major League Gaming into large console titles in 2007, FYC decided to spread. Throughout the 2007 season, FYC mainly competed in Gears of War, holding a Semi-Professional [Top 16] rank throughout the season circuit. In 2008, FYC continued to grow rapidly in the console world, competing in three titles in the MLG Pro Circuit. FYC's Halo 3 team continually held a Semi-Professional [Top 32] throughout the circuit. Along with the Halo team, FYC's Gears of War team continued their success of the previous season holding their Semi-Pro rank. And to propel FYC even further, FYC's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 team was up and down with both Professional [Top 8] and Semi-Pro rankings. With the release of Modern Warfare 2, FYC saw their console division take a decisive 7th place finish at the World Cyber Games to end 2009.
